Finish the summer holidays with a day packed full of colour, texture and creativity.
The morning is inspired by landscape artist Sarah Winkler, where children will experiment with Gelli printing using leaves, flowers and found natural materials before transforming their prints into vibrant collaged landscapes.
In the afternoon, inspired by collage artist Polina Belenchuk, children will explore portrait-making using brightly coloured papers, cutting, layering and composition techniques. Rather than focusing on realism, they'll celebrate personality, expression and bold colour choices.
This inspiring creative day encourages experimentation, self-expression and confidence while celebrating the endless possibilities of mixed media.
