Come and join for the very first Re|Root Collective online gathering - a relaxed and welcoming opportunity to meet like-minded people who share an interest in creativity, wellbeing and nature.

This first meet-up isn't about being artistic, experienced, or having any particular skill set. It's simply about coming together, slowing down, making connections and helping shape what this community could become.

We'll spend some time getting to know one another through relaxed conversation, sharing what has brought us here and discussing what we'd each love to see from Re|Root Collective. This is your opportunity to help shape the future of the community, suggest ideas for activities, workshops and meet-ups, and connect with people who share similar interests.

If you'd like to, you're warmly invited to have a sketchbook, notebook or piece of paper nearby. During the session, I'll guide a simple creative activity inspired by nature that you can take part in from the comfort of your own home. Think observational doodles, shadow tracing by a window, sketchbook play, or simply gathering visual inspiration from your surroundings. There are no expectations and no pressure to share your work, just a gentle invitation to slow down, notice, explore and enjoy the process.

If the weather is kind, why not make yourself a cup of tea or coffee beforehand and, after the session, take yourself for a gentle walk in your local green space? You can even attend the meet outside - if wifi/data allows... It would be lovely to continue the experience by spending a few mindful moments outdoors, putting some of the ideas we've discussed into practice.

• A sketchbook or notebook and a pencil and/or pen if you'd like to join the creative activity

• An open mind and any ideas you'd like to share
